I have been trying to get information on a title for a vehicle that Top Choice Motor LLC. Michael has been nothing but rude and short. After going back to the car lot, Michael prepares the paperwork for a duplicate title to be done only after charging an additional $300 (which is illegal per VADMV.. He rips up the Bill of Sake and puts his hands on the gentleman purchasing the vehicle.. Michael, please know my attorney will be in touch with you tomorrow.
