I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Orlando and his team completed on the replacement of doors, floors, and the addition of backsplash in kitchen. The whole team is flexible, professional, affordable, and patient throughout the entire process. I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I won’t hesitate to use them again on future projects.

We had two projects that we wanted to get done and asked Orlando to help with recommendations and estimates. This is a 1970 house that needs updating. First to remove the damaged tile and subfloor in the laundry/utility room and relocate the electrical and exhaust vent for the dryer. They replaced the subfloor and installed waterproof LVP. They reinstalled the water heater with a new expansion tank and added a drain pan to bring things up to code and finally completely repainted. Orlando is the best contractor I've ever worked with! I recently worked with him to remodel my guest bathroom and I couldn't be happier - literally, I find myself standing in the doorway and just smiling. I told my daughter that I wish I could move my office into the bathroom just to be surrounded by such a beautiful space. The bathroom is small and originally had a tub, builder-grade vanity and outdated paint/decor. Orlando and his team were great! We had an insurance claim and needed to find our own contractor as the last time we used the insurance provided one it took them an entire year to complete the work. Orlando and his team completed everything in less than a month during the busy Q4 holiday season. He was communicative, professional and went above and beyond. We originally hired Top Choice a couple of years ago when we were having hardwood floors installed. The hardwoods could not be installed until the subfloor was fixed. Although we had not done business with him before, he came out very quickly and got the problem solved. He also installed a new back door at that time.
