I found the people at the fence company to be friendly enough on the phone even though I never met them in person, but the reason I had the fence installed was so that my dog would stay in the yard and it still hasnt worked. After speaking with Greg at the fence company, he said they would come back out and put some rods in the ground and hook the bottom of the fence to them, but that was weeks ago and I havent seen or heard anything back from them.
