If you're never going to have brisket then just go ahead and take it off the menu and don't have it anymore.

Top Choice BBQ is hands down one of our favorite spots! The family meal deal is incredibly affordable and perfect for feeding everyone without breaking the bank. These are great, community-minded people. What's better, is that the bbq is amazing. Ive had BBQ all over the nation (world, if you consider Greek Gyros) and this is some of my favorite! Do yourself a favor, and eat here!
