Top Choice Auto lied about a contracted deal on an auto purchased. They did not provide carfax when requested and after purchasing the vehicle found out the finance company accepted the finance contract under false pretenses. I was never contacted by the bank to verify the finance contract my co-buyer was, the dealership lied to finance company about the down-payment/trade in before finalizing the deal. I didn't want to give them even one star. I went there to look at a car listed on their ad for 19995.00 I planned on buying the vehicle the next day, bringing an 8000.00 down payment. But we had to wait there for the longest time because they said I hadn't given them the key back. I have a lot of memory problems, and Through my not paying enough attention I didn't realize they charged me 4000.00 more than the advertised price.
