The carpet cleaning service was excellent- Maximus did a commendable job on my large carpet, managing to remove most of the stains left by my two big dogs. It looks fantastic now! My only slight issue was with the initial pricing explanation. The quote given to me by Top Charlotte Carpet Cleaners was $198 for 12 square feet of carpet. i phoned up Top Charlotte Carpet Cleaners in the middle of the week to set up an appointment, and they were able to fit me in that friday. But the weather, unfortunately, was terrible - it was raining all day. So, i called them back to see if it was possible to reschedule for another friday. For the first time, I reached out to Top Charlotte Carpet Cleaners to handle a pet stain on an area rug and an unidentified stain on the stairs. though there was a minor misunderstanding about the scheduling process, the carpet cleaning job done was simply fantastic. instead of setting up appointments independently, they informed me via text about their planned visit to my property in charlotte to clean the carpets, even though i hadn't arranged a prior appointment. i must say, the work done on my carpets by kyle was truly praiseworthy. i'd definitely consider using their services again.
