Had concrete poured at our home driver ran off our driveway negligently ruined our other concrete. Have pictures of tire marks and a video off them going off the drive and back on. They sent a letter today an said sorry not sorry. Do not recommend working with this company. That is bad business. Take responsibility for your wrong doings in business don't brush off. That's awful!!
I scheduled several days in advance for a Friday appt. and was told to call in that morning for a delivery time. I called in, and they said they had to cancel my delivery for that day because they had to service their regular larger company clients and did not have the time or man power to deliver to me. i had taken the day off along with several other people that were helping at my house and got we have canceled your delivery. Due to the high demand for concrete and with a lack of drivers and equipment, it has been necessary to direct our efforts toward our regular accounts that pour concrete on a daily basis with us. Sales to customers without accounts and to the general public on a COD basis have been restricted to shipments when possible. Our dispatchers try to accommodate these latter groups by asking them to check back each day to see what availability there is for that day.
