The Topcare Medical Group on Lexann address has the Rudest receptionist. I’m not sure why she has the power to tell me as a patient to switch to another dr since I can’t wait for my appointment. My appointment is at 10:30am and I have waited for an hour. I then ask her how much longer and she told me that my appointment is at 11:30am which is untrue.
