It took ~9 months for me to receive a bill from my first visit and it was surprisingly high since I asked how much my visit would cost when I first arrived at my first appointment and was told nothing but I'd receive a bill. After I first appointment, I hadn't received a bill and I had a follow up 6 months later so I went and I spent more time in the waiting room than in my appointment because my appointment was simple.
