Excellent is not even a good enough word for this place. ALL staff was beyond compassionate. The care showed made me feel very confident and comfortable. The communication on procedures was well thought out and explained to us every step of the way. Not only did they make sure they were doing everything to get my son back to health but they made sure my mom and I were comfortable. They were gentle and funny and very warm. I told the staff I would leave a review, even though they never asked me to, because they truly earned it. This was hands down the best standalone ER experience I've ever had. The entire team genuinely cared not only about the patient but also about the patient's family. My mom was there last night, and from the doctor to her nurse to the techs, everyone was exceptional. extremely attentive and quick to assist me. I arrived early morning without calling or asking about pre registration, thankfully it wasnt so busy but soon as you walk in you’re quickly met by the front desk assistant asking about your visit before providing the clip board for registration. Wait time avg would be 5-10 minutes between all the questions, tests, etc. Everyone was very nice and can tell they are super attentive to any situation. Really friendly and inviting environment. Would recommend anyone!

It is an excellent hospital. From the moment I arrived, I received high-quality care. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical team, was extremely kind, attentive, and professional at all times. They made me feel calm, heard, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, they provide compassionate service and are truly committed to their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend it 100% to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy medical care.

Excellent service. I was treated quickly and very kindly. Dr. Yazdani, Melissa, RN, and Jacque, a Rad Technician, are wonderful. While I was being anesthetized, the nurse told me I could hold her hand to ease my nerves and even walked me to the parking lot. I highly recommend this place.
