Completely unprofessional and not consistent with haircuts. You make an appointment through their scheduling system and Roberto just takes it upon himself to reschedule it and if you don't accept the time that he wants then he cancels the appointment and you have to make it another day. People schedule their hair appointments based on work schedule or other commitments and then simply because he has a cancellation or someone doesn't show up he wants to reschedule customers who have appointments and their time is unimportant ... read more
