Brought my Panamera down from New York for a transmission rebuild and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire car and made sure everything was dialed in—not just the transmission. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the overall customer experience. Honest, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented—hard to find shops like this. Highly recommend
I am on my 3rd 911 and thought I had a pretty good handle on maintenance for my 991 Turbo..until I met Nick at Top Automotive. Nick and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had a couple of items taken care of on my electric Porsche Macan, and they were responsive, transparent, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find a body shop you can fully trust with your car — especially a Porsche — and they exceeded expectations.
TLDR: Nick and his Team at Top Automotive in Concord, NC have my HIGHEST recommendation for Porsche Service - You owe it to yourself (and your Porsche) to at least give Nick a call - I believe you will see why I can recommend without reservation.
