Called in this morning, and was lucky enough to speak with Nick. Extremely pleasant, helpful, and more importantly.. extremely knowledgeable. He really knows what he's talking about when it comes to Porsche. Very, very good experience.
Nick is a life saver! We had some work done on a car with Top Automotive quite a while ago and the spare key had gotten left behind. In a pinch, we had an urgent need for the spare key, then realized that it was still left at Top Automotive. As a DIYer I'm used to work on cars myself and rarely go to specialty shops unless the work requires specialty tools or expertise outside of my area of knowledge. When I accidentally found a piece of broken chain roller on the magnetic oil plug, I knew that things may get complicated.
