I had a terrible experience with Rightfreight Inc. the carrier contracted by Top Auto Logistics. A different person picked up my car than the one who delivered it. I was told that would happen, but the delivery timeline and communication didn't match. My car was held at a yard located 90 miles west of the delivery destination for a couple days and delivery was delayed.
