Extremely Frustrating & Poor Communication If you value your time, avoid Top Auto in Floresville. I was given incorrect information over the phone not once, but twice — which caused me to make two unnecessary trips to this shop. Today I specifically called ahead to confirm inspection hours and was clearly told I needed to be there by 1:00 PM. I will never recommend anyone to take their car to this shop.Song the owner is dishonest and their labor and part prices is excessive I came to the shop for diagnostic and quote on repairs,the experience was one i never had at any other shops in the past.I will seek out other shops before i give this place of business a dollar,shady business tatics is not good customer service.
Pretty good shop. They do well! The only thing I would recommend is to update your hours of operation on Google because I came there around 4:45 p.m. and y'all said y'all are closed but Google says y'all close at 5:00 p.m.
They took care of an issue with my car that the Honda dealership tries to tell me would need thousands of dollars to fix.
