Extremely poor and unprofessional experience with Top Auto. I was given a quote months ago to replace my rear wheel bearing and already paid a diagnostic fee at that time. When I recently called to proceed with the repair, I was told I would have to pay another diagnostic fee or take my business elsewhere. Extremely Frustrating & Poor Communication If you value your time, avoid Top Auto in Floresville. I was given incorrect information over the phone not once, but twice — which caused me to make two unnecessary trips to this shop. Today I specifically called ahead to confirm inspection hours and was clearly told I needed to be there by 1:00 PM. I will never recommend anyone to take their car to this shop.Song the owner is dishonest and their labor and part prices is excessive I came to the shop for diagnostic and quote on repairs,the experience was one i never had at any other shops in the past.I will seek out other shops before i give this place of business a dollar,shady business tatics is not good customer service.
