After 12 years for the first time my Subzero refrigerator started giving me issues. A friend of mine recommended me to call Top Appliance. I am so glad I did! Leo came out to my apartment and was able to fix the fridge within one hour. Thank you Leo for quick and amazing service!
Top notch! I'm leaving this review because of the positive experience I had with Leo at Top Appliance Repair. I told him my issue with my fridge and he knew the problem instantly and even got on Facetime to tell me how to fix it myself. It seemed like a big issue but he explained what was going on and how I could fix it. After I fixed it myself, I offered to pay him something for the call but he said I didn't need to. Honest guy...would recommend without reservation.
My Wolf oven stoped working, called they're dispach, by the way very polite one, and technicians came the same day. Thanks, would recommend them any time! You could definitely see that it was not they're first day fixing things, fast and professional.
Unfortunately, my washer machine wasn't working. I was panicking due to the fact that I needed get my clothes washed. I came across this company and gave them a shot. I called them and their customer service was phenomenal and they were very respectful. They came immediately and before I knew it they had repaired my washer machine. I liked how fast they worked and how respectful they were throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs appliance repairs!! Thank you for your service!
