This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when I finally did, the staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I was also surprised by the aggressive upselling of more expensive, unsolicited services, which made the experience feel more transactional than patient-focused. I signed up for a year long membership and only did 2 appointments before announced they they closed down and refused any refunds proactively via the announcement they sent over text. They cancelled my appointments without notice various times as well :( hoping I can get a refund

Had me begging to cancel my laser hair removal appointments due to being on accutane. They did not respond until after the appointment time passed and had the audacity to invoice me a no show fee. After seeing the reviews and replies by the manager or whoever replies to the google reviews, thank god I didn’t pay thousands for rude and obnoxious people to work on my skin and have me waste money.
