It's just a shame the way they're running the business
Upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, the establishment was unexpectedly closed. We didn't receive any notice prior.
Horrible! I purchased my $800+ package in February 2025. Had extreme difficulties to schedule appointment. Every single appointment was cancelled and rescheduled in both LIC and Westchester locations. They only schedule an appointments once in 8 weeks, which is useless to get any results. You will waste a $1000, get no results, will consistently be in business of rescheduling. STAY AWAY!
I'm sad to share this review as I always want to support small business owners and I had such hope for this place. They will not respond to me via text, call, or email, however, so I have no choice. I purchased a year of laser. After 8 months of the service, they stopped responding to me and wouldn't schedule me. They had cancelled 3 of my appointments without notice. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was canceled last minute due to the provider calling out sick, which I was understanding about—but what followed was unacceptable. I spent over a week just trying to reschedule. My messages asking for availability after 5 PM on a specific date were repeatedly ignored. Instead, I was sent a generic booking link that only included locations I don’t use.
