I don’t know how to explain what happened in a reasonable amount of words. Basically, I went in not even a month ago, received confident feedback, authorized a $700 electrical trace and diagnostic, after leaving my car for two days and spending money to put myself in a hotel overnight, this shop informed me I needed an ECM and programming for my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle at your establishment on Tuesday afternoon and was delighted to receive it back on Wednesday. The customer service was exceptional, and the work they performed was remarkable. I am a satisfied customer, and the price was reasonable.
