I prayed about whether to leave this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes of helping someone else. On January 26, I went to Top 1 Auto and was told I needed $3,500 worth of repairs. I explained that I could not afford that and asked what work was immediately necessary to make my vehicle safe to drive. I was assured the priority repairs would take care of the safety concerns. SCAM ALERT!!!! These people do not fix your car! Rather, they scam you out of your money!! I took my car to this place in December 2025 for repairs. The owner/repairman stated it needed an ECM/computer for the car costing $5200. The car was NEVER REPAIRED! I return my car with the same symptoms only to be told that it needed a fuse box. Then it needed for an Acura Repairman to program it at an additional cost TBD! At that point I pulled my car and had it taken to another repair shop to see what had happen to my car. I took my truck in that I had just purchased used for a complete inspection. From the very first phone call, I was greeted by Nick at the Beech Daly and Grand River location, with the friendliest, and most respectful manner. I dropped off my vehicle at your establishment on Tuesday afternoon and was delighted to receive it back on Wednesday. The customer service was exceptional, and the work they performed was remarkable. I am a satisfied customer, and the price was reasonable. I had to replace my water pump and timing belt, which is not an easy repair. I appreciate Kass and Sam for the exceptional experience.
Kass at top 1 auto repair is the best. Gentleman stayed over his shift and after closing time to help me get everything I needed to get my car fixed. The gentleman was very business like and had above and beyond great customer service attitude. He made sure me and my family were well taken care of from the start till the end.
