I dropped off my vehicle at your establishment on Tuesday afternoon and was delighted to receive it back on Wednesday. The customer service was exceptional, and the work they performed was remarkable. I am a satisfied customer, and the price was reasonable. I had to replace my water pump and timing belt, which is not an easy repair. I appreciate Kass and Sam for the exceptional experience.
Kass at top 1 auto repair is the best. Gentleman stayed over his shift and after closing time to help me get everything I needed to get my car fixed. The gentleman was very business like and had above and beyond great customer service attitude. He made sure me and my family were well taken care of from the start till the end. I took my vehicle in as a woman with her children without my husband and I didn’t feel taken advantage of like in the past. I received a price for a major tune-up, control arm and sway bar link. Next day I got it fixed. Done perfectly! I returned the next day needing an emergency fix…my rear brake pads, rotors, caliper, and hose went completely out! .They took me in and it was ready next day! Had a leak in my radiator. Sam and Kas were very nice. Did an excellent job, fast service and reasonable. I definitely will be back in the future if I need work done to my car.
Last year, I had my brakes and rotors replaced without any issues and at a great price. However, a year later, I noticed a squeaking noise from the brakes, prompting me to return to Sam for an inspection. During the visit, Sam informed me that I needed a complete brake service, including new rotors, calipers, and pistons. When I mentioned that the parts from last year were still under warranty, Sam told me that the supplier they used no longer covered warranties, which caught me off guard.
