Fast and incredible, above & beyond customer service. Helpful, honest & kind is the words I'd use to describe the team when I recently was searching for help for my Nanna. She was let down by another business and had no idea what to do. Poor things fridges both 'went'. As a pensioner, and unwell, this time was incredibly difficult for her. I put a call out for anyone to help and these guys immediately reached out, got the tech in the next day, AND FIXED not one, but both fridges. I understand Tim is a busy bloke and yet never fails to impress me. Tim sent one of his boys out TO MY WORK to come and have a look at my head unit that has been playing up for the past month to only find out that it had nothing to do with their level of skill but it was in fact a faulty head unit that I purchased and provided myself for these guys to install for me back in 2022! Awesome team couldnt be any happier with the service offered , knowledge of employees and teamwork between them all to source the problem , and the time that i was spoken to everything was explained and sorted more than professionally. Honestly cannot recommend these guys anymore amazing crew
