Booked a test drive online for the Prado and arrived on time, only to be told to leave and come back later because they were too busy due to it being a Saturday. Rory was amazing to deal with, on the ball with every question we had which other dealerships weren’t across (in particular towing weights), professional, prompt responses to any questions (even on weekends/his days off), he really went the extra mile. A special mention to Anshuman who was also professional and prompt with communication & all finance questions we had.
