I had an excellent experience with Adriana Lembo and Tanzeer at Toowoomba Toyota. There were a few difficulties and delays during the process of getting my new car, but they were extremely helpful, understanding, and professional throughout. Well we were at a loss with another competitor as we wanted to upgrade our MG. Rory was a champion, took us on as a "walk in", put us at ease and we are very happy to say that we have now ordered a Yaris Cross Urban.
Spare parts is completely useless in this place staff are rude and just don't care.
The whole experience was great, thankyou too front staff and workshop staff.
