Unfortunately, I believe there should be an option for negative ratings, as even one star feels undeserved in this case. I strongly advise against dealing with this seller. I expressed a clear intention to purchase a Prado, had it inspected, and maintained ongoing communication with Jay. However, communication abruptly ceased on a Friday without any explanation, and the vehicle was then re- listed for a much higher price. Honestly so rude. Went in with a large deposit to spend with my partner and the men in the used car dealership didn’t even look up from their computer and assumed we didn’t have the money to spend. When we asked what features their last 79 sold for they said they didn’t have an hour to talk to us.Then went into the new car dealership and was ignored repeatedly, had to go up and ask all for them to not give us the time of day. Will never go back.
Went into the dealership to get a price on a 300 series Cruiser. We were sent to the fleet salesman Chris. Chris's attitude towards us was disgusting. Asked him a few times "Aren't you ment to be trying to sell us a Cruiser, not bad mouth another makes of vehicles we had looked at?" If I could give him and Toyota a 0 star rating I would. Will never go back to Toowoomba Toyota ever again!!!!
