I would give him 0/5 if there was the option. Disgusting bedside manner, rude and not helpful at all. Totally dismissive, unwilling to help or answer any questions. Reception staff rude and equally as unhelpful. Would never recommend.
I have been seeing dr Holcombe for the last 5 years, his patient care and review of my eyesight has been exceptional. Every appointment David and his staff have been pleasant and through and explained what was happening. So happy to be under dr Holcombe can highly recommend
Absolutely wonderful staff. Very happy and bubbly towards everyone. Very knowledgeable staff when family had questions. All very professional and the results are amazing from what my grandad said (I’m writing this on his behalf). I would highly recommend this place. Such a new fancy facility too.
LESS THAN 1 STAR !!! My husband has extensive eye conditions that Dr Holcombe just brushed off, didn't do extensive tests to find out his concerning pain in his eye, could not be bothered, couldn't figure out why he has severe pain in his eye and surrounds and he told him to just go and wear glasses and all is ok.... After seeing the Optometrist again for a review he has been told about issues that this Specialist didn't even bother to look at. In the last few days I have had surgery to remove cateracts from both eyes. The surgery was performed by Dr. David Holcombe at Toowoomba Ophthalmic Consultants. I had one eye done last Thursday, with the second eye being done on the Friday. First of all, I want to say, if anyone needs cateract surgery, get it done!
