Just picked up my ski from here after having some work done. Had a new drive shaft, jet pump, carbon seal, supercharger and an annual service completed. Parts took a while to come through but once they did it was worked in straight away. It’s been on the water already and rode like a dream. I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with but I wouldn’t hesitate to take my ski back there in the future. Very happy.
They do not sell sea doo anymore country to the about written here. I tried to buy a life jacket on their 60% off but they wouldn't honour the tag price and claimed it was wrong. This is even though the tag prices for their jetski stuff was already inflatated much above coastal sellers. My friend was also ignored service, so after a while waiting left and ended up with a yamaha instead.
The worst motorcycle dealership I've experienced in over 50 years of bike maintenance, my first occasion in dealing with MPE I delivered a Honda 1800cc that was running rough and lacking power, also required some parts and a service. After many weeks had passed, they finally found that the fuel pump needed a new kit, over this period I was charged excessively for their incompetence in locating the problem.
