Service department extremely poor. Had to bring my car in multiple times for warrenty issues and servicing. Communication terrible. No one lets you know when the car is ready. Will never use this dealership again.
It seems that the servicing department is not equipped to deal with the amount of cars being serviced. Our vehicle was to be ready by 4pm but was actually ready at 5:05pm (no notice of it running late, mucking around with the admin side of it after the vehicle was there ready to go, but unable to process cars through quick enough once complete.) A smaller locally owned mechanic is far far better, you can speak to the mechanic easily, serviced faster, ready sooner, for a similar cost.

I appreciated sorry I can’t remember exactly your name but you are in the office i recommend her to who’s wanna buy Kia . She’s a beautiful and funny person. And thank you to the manager in Kia Toowoomba as well. I am very happy of my car and I love it.
Terrible experience so far. KIA Carnival was booked in for a service, but when I picked the car up that afternoon they reported an engine filter was clogged, but they didn't have time to fix it. They also didn't have time to look at a sensor issue. The engine has also not stopped leaking since I had it serviced a few weeks ago. Have tried calling about it almost 10 times but after 4-5min on-hold music, it always goes to voicemail. I understand being busy, but don't book so many vehicles in. Extremely underwhelming service.
