Buying the car was efficient and friendly. Sales staff were very helpful. However the service department not so. 2024 Cerato with only 22000k has broken engine mount. They have accepted the warranty claim but that was 6 weeks ago. You hear nothing from them, no phone calls or anything. You can't phone them. 3 times now I have dropped in and they keep saying the part will be here later this week. But again, doesn't arrive and no phone calls or contact.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their communication and customer service. I’ve been trying to communicate via different emails and online support but no response for months. I’m tried of this since theres no other Kia servicing dealerships in Toowoomba. Please respond to customer queries and enquiries timely if possible.
