Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their communication and customer service. I’ve been trying to communicate via different emails and online support but no response for months. I’m tried of this since theres no other Kia servicing dealerships in Toowoomba. Please respond to customer queries and enquiries timely if possible.

Just bought my first car with Kia Toowoomba. Was the smoothest experience ever. My sales assistant, Rouge walked through every step with me and expertly showcased the car I was interested in. Any questions I had were answered on the spot with extreme knowledge in the field. Everyone I spoke to; Rouge, Jen, Doug, and Kath at reception, were nothing but kind and HUMAN.
