Terrible experience so far. KIA Carnival was booked in for a service, but when I picked the car up that afternoon they reported an engine filter was clogged, but they didn't have time to fix it. They also didn't have time to look at a sensor issue. The engine has also not stopped leaking since I had it serviced a few weeks ago. Have tried calling about it almost 10 times but after 4-5min on-hold music, it always goes to voicemail. I understand being busy, but don't book so many vehicles in. Extremely underwhelming service.
Very busy place
I’m very disappointed with the service department at Kia Toowoomba. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my Kia Sportage in for issues that should have been resolved properly. When I purchased the car in 2023, I paid an extra $2,000 for paint protection. Despite this, a small marks on the paintwork caused by environmental exposure resulted in visible fading. Unfortunately we were told that the paint protection warranty does not cover it and that we would need to have it repaired elsewhere. This was extremely frustrating... read more
Served by a guy that had 0 motivation to sell me anything , was interested in ceratos, didn't show me around just pointed and said they're out back. No sales skills
Salesman Chris from second hand car sales was extremely professional, patient and kind as he helped our family select an appropriate car and the subsequent purchase. Chris went above and beyond supporting us after we purchased the car, lining us with the service department and following up, ensuring everything went smoothly.
