Just bought my first car with Kia Toowoomba. Was the smoothest experience ever. My sales assistant, Rouge walked through every step with me and expertly showcased the car I was interested in. Any questions I had were answered on the spot with extreme knowledge in the field. Everyone I spoke to; Rouge, Jen, Doug, and Kath at reception, were nothing but kind and HUMAN. Service department extremely poor. Had to bring my car in multiple times for warrenty issues and servicing. Communication terrible. No one lets you know when the car is ready. Will never use this dealership again.
