I am so over this hospital. 12 months ago I had an extremely unnecessary and complicated scary birth that could have been prevented with actual structure. I did put a complaint in and nothing actually came from it. Since my baby was 2 weeks old we went to multiple doctors to try and figure out what was going on with our babies breathing and why he seems to struggle so bad. No doctor would help us and would continue to brush us off. We have gone to the hospital multiple times now even in the ambulance and also getting brushed... read more

The staff at Toowoomba Hospital are fantastic! I broke my ankle in 2022 and was taken by ambulance to Toowoomba emergency department. They took me immediatley to get xrays and i spent the night at the hospital. When staff assist me to bathroom, they wait outside to make sure i was safe. Heater on during night and room kept warm. The food offered was pretty good.

If you want to get help drive the 1h and 40min to Brisbane. If you want to wait for hours on end watching and listing to the most useless medical department while they laugh at other people's health problems while you sit there unknowingly slowly dieing before been told that they are going to move you back into the waiting room with a baseball sized growth between your legs getting sent home having it explode going back into hospital to have my surgeon tell me because of the length of time there is a good possibility I won't... read more

The past few weeks, we have needed the ambulance who sent us to Toowoomba Base. The level of care has been excellent. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at EMERGENCY! For your support, kindness & admire their dedication and hard work that they do day in and day out! This also includes the Toowoomba Paramedics Ambulance personnel. A Big Thank you.

I presented my partner to Toowoomba Base ED on the advice of our GP.After navigating the ED,and got settled in Surgical Ward 1,everything unfolded professionally,efficiently and compassionately.The emergency required two medical department's (surgical & gastroenterologist) and three procedures.Surgical Ward 1 the nursing staff:exceptional,food:exceptional,cleanliness:exceptional,admin:exceptional,surgical doctors:exceptional,gastroenterologist doctors:exceptional.Due to having to have each procedure separately,we had a wait ... read more
