Have only dealt with the service department. After reading so many reviews I was very hesitant but I have to say my first experience was a really good one. Customer service was really good and very much respected me and accommodated all my requested. Warranty issues dealt with and loan vehicle provided. Absolutely outstanding customer service from the team at Toowoomba Ford. I was in a tough spot needing a last-minute service right before a big trip away, and despite it being Christmas Eve, the service manager went above and beyond to fit me in when they easily could have said no. Not only did they make it happen, they also managed to organise a loan vehicle on the day, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.
