Very disappointing for the price of room. I booked a studio which stated on the Agoda site that this has a balcony. Apparently they only have 3 studios with balconies and mine was not one. I could deal with this, even if rooms are quite small. When we walked in the room, we were hit with a damp smell. Noticed the carpets were very dirty. Still could deal with this. Great apartments in central Toowoomba. Nice big rooms with everything you need. Stayed for work. Walkable to fantastic bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
