Way over priced for what you get. $210 for the night was $209 too much. Whilst location is great the rooms in this establishment are appalling. First of all on checking in the room smelled musty and dusty. The carpet was lifting and rippling everywhere, pubic hair on the blanket when we pulled it out of the wardrobe. 🤮 The ceiling fan/light did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. After a horrible experience at another Toowoomba hotel — where we were abused and refused at check-in on my birthday — we were left stranded and upset, unsure where to go.
