I would highly recommend James Waldon. We bought sight unseen, all done over the phone. So helpful with photos and videos and car was 100% as described.

The following review is on behalf of my mother who has had a horrible experience with Toowoomba BMW. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW TO THIS PLACE… EVER!!!!!! I am now on my 4th BMW X1 and unfortunately it will be the last BMW I ever buy! You would think that buying a BMW, or any car for that matter, you should be able to take it to ANY service centre and get a loan car for the time you are without the vehicle that you have paid a lot of money for… but nope, not Toowoomba BMW, if you purchased your vehicle somewhere else they will deny... read more
