Incredible service. Really helpful and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the machine didn't do what we were hoping (being able to wash a superking coverlet) even though a 12kg machine...but otherwise okay.
I am amazed that any small business would not want customers in this difficult economic climate. To support smaller business, I contacted this store rather than big business, wanting to purchase whitegoods. Product was out of stock so I was advised it could be ordered in, but could take a couple of weeks. I waited a couple of weeks and phoned back and asked for the lady I had been dealing with.
