Worst service centre for your car to be inn. They don't care about customers, and there are hard-earned money. They basically scam you. Please take it somewhere else who is trustworthy, I should have taken it somewhere instead of Toowong Mitsubishi Service Centre. Horrible staff at service front desk.
Took my car in to investigate an oil leak on a car that's out of warranty. James helped me out and was excellent in communicating things to me every step of the way. The service centre got my car fixed and got me out of there pretty quick. Thanks!
The staff are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, my service experiences have been lacking. Three weeks and counting since they got our car, no updates, no courtesy car. I've had other services with month or more waits for a slot. Courtesy cars don't seem to be a thing for them. Perhaps they're just in a busy location and they're taking on too much work, but ultimately that means I get a worse customer experience.
