Worst experience ever from the lies about delivery times to picking up the Ute driving off with dead empty fuel tank was VERY CLEAR in what I need added to the work Ute photo’s and messages and follow up phone call when they answered not responsive and hard to get hold of!!!! Went to the manager he was as good as the salesman, no understanding or compassion care I was losing thousands of dollars cos they kept lying about the delivery date Just to make a sale, I don’t normally do reviews and don’t send back a bad meals !! Have recently come to Toowong Mitsubish to get my car serviced and some things looked at. Every experience has been wonderful, the guys that you're interacting with are all so lovely. Particularly Daniel who helped me with getting parts of my car replaced and explained what had been causing my problems!!! Such a great bloke, hopefully he gets rewarded for his great attitude and welcoming nature!
I have been visiting few Mitsubishi showrooms around Brisbane but didn’t get really good response . During our visit to Toowong Mitsubishi made our day , Curtis franks really great person. He help us to find better car and on good price .he guide us through out till end to make sure we are on right track . Thank you Curtis , keep it up good work
