Thank You to Jacob Ring for being such a straight up salesman with no pressure! Friendly with a splash of humour. Made it a nice and easy first time carshopping experience for both my son and I. Also thank you Larry for taking us out for a test drive. Just doing your job, but you did a great job! Lovely Donna for customer care and Maddy from finance with a very friendly and likeable voice! Toowong Automotive Group has a wonderful team working there!
Just had the most exceptional service. Took my Triton in for a brake inspection and a quote on new tires, Clint took the time to fully explain to me my options for both, as well as providing me with other detailed advice about my car. Definitely coming back for the tyre change.
Jaycob was great, handled everything by in a professional and timely manner. Love my new car!!
The service here is good. Very informative and are quick to respond. The only issue is that their office times are different to what Google mentioned. Office closes at 17:00 according to the staff there.
