I requested a wheel alignment when booking and again at drop-off. On collection, I asked twice if it had been done and was told both times that it had. Once I left, it was clear it had not been done. The service department then gave me three different reasons why, but never addressed why I had been told it was completed. Unsatisfactory and unsafe. I have to think what other work may have been left undone.
Great service, great communication and shout-out to Will for making my new car experience so much fun!!
