I have had my car serviced a few times now at Toowong Kia / Mitsubishi. Chris reid was looking after me and also got the opportunity to talk to the service manager Amanda; the service from the team was absolutely outstanding. They ran me through a few issues that I had and addressed it promptly and suggested a couple of solutions. I’ll forever get my car serviced from this amazing team! Thanks Chris & Amanda 10/10
The team here have been servicing my cars for years and I have no complaints. Friendly, knowledgeable, and keep me informed if my cars need some attention. A+
Service standards have dwindled massively. Have had my wifes car serviced here for the last 4 years. Will be taking it elsewhere next time. Services ervices in 2021 and 2022 were great. Car was washed, loan car provided if booked a few weeks in advance, and tyres rotated and balanced for a good price. Booked in for a recall of my emergency parking brake and was told to arrive at 7am and that it would take no longer than 2 hours. When I arrived, I was told that they don't start service until 8am and that it would be at least 11am until it was fixed. Went to the waiting room, that was a hallway, with four chairs, no air conditioning, spotty internet, and incredibly loud from the construction. Did a scheduled 50k kms service of my Kia Sorento and replaced all four tires. They clearly didn't do any wheel alignment or balancing, the car pulls to the left (was better before) and didn’t wash it either. The order I placed for four tires through the parts department was cheaper and the service people had no idea about the order and charged me more than the original quote. I wouldn’t have taken the car home if I had picked it myself. They are good at talking and not actually delivering.
