My car got booking in for service without my consent. I don’t need automated bookings. Then it’s an extra effort trying to cancel the booking. I am allowed to choose where and when I have my car serviced!!
I brought a brand new car from Kia Toowong and after driving for a few days noticed that the windscreen was warped. Called the sales team and was told once the car is sold the service department looks after warranty claims. Took it to Toowong service centre showed them the fault and they refused to present it to Kia Australia as they deemed the distortion to be normal!!!. Really happy and impressed with my experience at Toowong Kia (my first time getting a service here). All team members were friendly and helpful and the booking process and drop off was streamlined and stress free. I trust the service was completed as expected. Thank you Jenny and team.
I recently had my Kia Sorento serviced here and unfortunately the experience has left me with very little confidence in returning. When booking the service over the phone, I specifically mentioned a defect with the vehicle and was told it would be added to the file notes. I therefore expected the workshop to be aware of it when I arrived. As the one touch point Kia has with customers between purchases you would think that the service department would be well trained in customer service to build a relationship with clients. These guys have taken the approach that because they have cheap cars they can get away with terrible service and zero people skills. I was shocked at how bad this place is.
