Took our new kia for it's 1 year service. A couple of weeks after the service we discovered a massive puddle of oil in our garage. Looked under the car and oil was everywhere around the cover over the oil tank. Got a mechanic which was fortunately 1km down the road to look at it and they discovered the sump plug of the oil tank was on it's last bit of thread. Problems with the car and recall shortly after buying. Called to get things sorted had to wait 3months for an appointment. The staff member was rude and unhelpful.
Had a great experience with Kehani and James at Kia Service Toowong! When my local dealer let me down in a small emergency they did everything in their power to make sure I got the help I needed. Special shoutout to Kehani for handling my many phone calls with kindness and emapthy - really appreciated that so much given how frustrated I was with my situation. Thanks so much team!
