Changed my appointment time and doctor I was meant to see without anyone contacting me, other than an automated email confirming the appointment time. Update 10 months later: they have again changed my appt time without any consultation from me, and no notification other than an email confirming the new appt time. Updating my already one star review. Dr Jun Xue is the most incompetent Doctor I've ever spoken to. Every appt out of the 3 I've had with him have been a complete waste of time.

Excessive fees. Upon walking in, i was only made aware of the fixed fee, but not the time limitation of the consultation. The doctor took a rremendous amount of time doing an online search for the treatment of a fairly standard condition and when i walked out the fee had increased by an extra 50%.

The advice given by Dr Mahawattha was great, plus the first-class service provided the nurse and Reception Staff was able to leave me satisfied with my visit at Toowong GP Super Clinic.
