Sent a referral and still haven’t heard back after a couple of weeks. Went elsewhere.
I called to get a new appointment today. The reception came online and asked if I am calling about the result. I said no it is about a new appointment. She immediately placed me on hold and I have been waiting for 38 minutes now. The doctors are probably very lovely and competent but I can't say as I can't get past the rude reception.
Took my daughter to see Dr Lee. Dr Lee was fantastic and so were the reception staff. Would recommend to friends and family.
The doctor i saw was lovely. They had no idea what was happening with my skin and weren't able to provide a diagnosis. They prescribed a topical steroid to see how it went and asked me to come back in a month for review. When I tried to rebook I was told that I didn't need a review. I left with no diagnosis. A medication to trial. No follow up and was down $300. Really disappointing. I didn't use the steroid. Went to another practice, got a diagnosis and a lotion to treat my skin. My skin is recovering well now.
Dr Scuderi has looked after our whole family throughout the years and is just wonderful. Warm, caring and informative 👍🏼
