I've never had a bad experience until yesterday. The person that guides you in, did not guide me in. I basically guessed because he was mad about guiding me in. I told him I could hear it grinding and sure enough, the belt caught my back tire and it forced my car to drop down into the belt. He brushed it off like it's supposed to do that. IT HAS NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE AND NO, IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO MESS YOUR WHEELS UP. It scuffed my new wheels on my vehicle on the driver side.
