I've been bringing my kids here for probably 4 years or so. I was always okay with their work and always grateful for the patience they showed my son as he has major dental anxiety. However over the years I always felt they did more than was needed and put my kids through unnecessary things. This last visit though, will be our last. I should have come here from the beginning I wasted money and time at another hospital It was very stressful and the child was in pain I'm not the type of person who does reviews, but I definitely have to do this here !
I was not impressed with Dr. Mathew (male Dr). My son is 6 and does fine at cleanings but did not enjoy having the nose piece on for the laughing gas and it was his first time. He said it "hurt" the response from the dentist was "it does not hurt, don't say it hurts when I know it doesn't". My son said it felt really cold in his nose. He was upset and I attempted to help him calm down and the dentist says to me "whats his problem mom" and I could tell he was annoyed.
