We arrived 10 minutes early as they specifically requested (7:40) for our 7:50am appointment, and were the 1st ones here, and even had to wait for them to unlock the door. They literally took back 7 other patients before my son, all who arrived after us, and he did not get in until 8:15. We have been coming here for years and there is always zero consideration for people’s time, and there was zero communication regarding the delay.

So, I am not a huge fan of dental appointments. The sound alone is a thing of nightmares. 😂 When they told me my 5 year old needed to have a couple cavities filled I was anxious enough that I pushed the date back a couple of times. I was so wrong! The staff had my baby girl laughing and entertained the entire time. It took them 15 minutes for everything and not one tear was shed. I am so glad I found them!
