I'm a relatively new patient Toothville after our move. The clinic is very clean and I like the TVs in the rooms. The hygienists are gentle and provide great service. Front desk staff are ok but there needs to be some improvement on the email system that sends/receives emails about appointment reminders. I had an appt scheduled in Sept. It was during a time when I was out of the country on vacation. During my vacation, I did not have access to my email or cell phone. ToothVille clinic is the best in Calgary. Everyone is friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer a lot of questions. Dr. Mohamed El gamal is very professional and skilled, always gentle and considerate and I know I'm always in a good hands with him. Thanks for Nancy and Amanda and the entire team. Nancy was amazing! It was an awesome experience! As a parent I felt like I was encouraged as to the progress we try so hard to make with regular brushing of 7 and 9 year old teeth! And we were educated kindly with practical tools for home. The kids were happy! They were treated very thoughtfully! I'd highly recommend All the staff was helpful too!!
The dentist here likes to pretend he’s a nice guy but he’s not. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a dental clinic. I would never go back here
