A hugh thank you to Sarah and Lynn. Thank you so much for the great job of catering my husband's Celebration of Life at the East Troy House. The food was amazing. So good. And Lynn was the best. Our family needed catering for a funeral luncheon and toothpicks was able to help us on short notice. The "deconstructed " box lunch was perfect and many asked who catered. The brownies are AMAZING! They were so nice to work with and so down to earth!
I ordered a corn beef and cabbage dinner for my annual St. Patrick's day meal delivered to my apartment but was greatly disappointed in the meal. The corn beef was perfect. As for the potatoes, carrots and cabbage not at all. The potatoes were not boiled, they were left over baked potatoes cubed and fried with the skins on (which are suppose to be boiled yukon potatoes). Had Cornbeef and cabbage at Heritage. Cornbeef too salty and one piece all fat. Didnt even taste like good cornbeef. Also not even warm. Not what we expected for $14 apiece.
