Came to get some work done at Toothopia and had a great experience. Frankie is amazing very professional, gentle, and made the visit comfortable. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Frankie and Toothopia!
They don’t allow patients to use their restroom and the front desk lady is rude
Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the front desk staff to the dentists and surgeons, everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely supportive. The team went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated insurance issue, and each provider made me feel calm and confident about the extensive dental work I needed. Lovely people, amazing services and definitely would recommend to any new comers !
First, I really cannot stand the dentist as I am always afraid. But to start to the receptionist who was amazing from start to finish, Frankie who is my new bestie, down to the quality of care. They took the time to explain every single detail to me, even when I was embarrassed after years of coffee abuse lol. I love this place and I will continue my journey for healthy teeth here and here ONLY!
