If you're a Ford owner and you break down on the side of the Rd, don't call here expecting help. I'm driving from PA to NC. I limp my car to the rest stop of 79 and call for help. I understand I'm not going to get same day treatment, but as a traveler and a Ford owner, I thought I'd get some help. They told me they could schedule me for next week. (It's currently Monday before noon). They also didn't have any recommendations at all for a stranded traveller.

I inquire about a F-150 they have for sale, they run my credit 4 times and then ignore me. I'm thinking well maybe I did not get approved so I call and ask 2 days later and they say I was approved. They said send your w2 and 1099 to their email. This was Tre who I spoke with and he confirmed that he did receive the email. I call the next day and Brayden who is the one I am supposed to be working with as my salesmen says he did not get it which is a lie because Tre clearly said he got it. My car was picked up by the guys in the service department for a maintenance checkup. New shocks were installed and oil and filters replaced. I was kept up to date on all that needed done in a very professional and efficient manner. The service was great and the cost for repairs was very reasonable.

I was at a loss for how to fix my car after being told from several professionals that the job would be too big of a fix. I made a last-minute call to T&S hoping they could get it done, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to safely drive off the lot. Very communicative and transparent!
