Service team is absolute trash. The lack of professionalism and respect is absurd. If you have issues with your car DO NOT come to this Ford. Took them six months to fix my transmission and now my car has more problems then when I dropped it off. Specifically ANGELA (Angie) is very unhelpful. She will lie in your face so make sure you're actually a car person to some extent.
