Cancelled my children’s future appointments and will be looking elsewhere for care.. There is a huge gap in communication with the parent on treatments and results.. felt rushed and like a number in their quota.. not what I want for my kids. They separated me from my 3 year old for X-rays which made me very uncomfortable as he’s, 3 and they are strangers shoving things in his mouth..
Everything usually goes really well and my kids love it. Yesterday was a different story. The dental assistant my daughter had was rude and rough with her and didn't see an issue with it. Next appointment if she is there I will not let her do anything with my children.
There on time, very professional yet super friendly and great with the kiddos. Will always go here for the kids.
