I have move away from Lloyd and fate found with a need to see a good dentist. We'll I find so much better here than in the hub. All the staff are so good, pleasant and accommodating.. Explain everything you need to know leaving without having questions. Same excellent service when I lived here.

The staff was very welcoming dental procedures was wonderful. Billing and information suspect. I had a wonderful cleaning. Was told I had a few cavities to be filled. When I was in the chair was told there were three. When I paid there were 5 on my bill. When I enquired , I was told he had done 5 and I had another 7 on the bottom. No longer a patient, looking for. Second opinion. So my advice is be sure that you are ask what work and how many filling are needed.

I came in today for a cleaning and a checkup. The hygienist was very good, descaled cleaned a polished. Checked my filling for what was loose and could be problems very thorough. Marianne was my dentist today. She performed a check up and advised me of my options. Allowing me to decide my plan of treatment. First time a dentist did that for me. Very happy with my appointment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic today. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, only to be told that it had been canceled — which I never did. In fact, I had clearly confirmed that I would be coming in. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and my family. My husband had to take break from work to look after our 11-month-old baby so I could attend this appointment, and it was all for nothing. Overall, this was very unprofessional and frustrating. We will not be returning to this clinic.

Excellent! Had a cleaning today with Dawson who is very friendly and gentle. Highly recommend and I think he’d be great with kids too.
