Great experience with Kol tonight. I have a challenging head of hair that not everyone is excited to cut at the end of the day, especially on a Saturday. Kol has a great attitude, friendly and kind. They delivered exactly what I was looking for. Obviously Connor is the OG at T&N but he selects an exemplary team.
Big props to Jack for being a really lovely person and also giving me the best haircut I've had in literally like a decade 💖💞
Charlie has been cutting my hair here every 4 weeks for the last 18 month. They listen and they make magic happen. I have traditionally straight hair with weird growth patterns. Charlie took one look at me and made haircuts an enjoyable experience. I used to hate haircuts but it is now the best day of the month. Additionally, Charlie is really understanding around some of my major sensory issues and takes extra time and care.
Went in for a hair colour today with Lucy and I’m so happy with the outcome. She did a thorough consult before we started so I knew exactly what to expect, the process was efficient but not hurried and the result is just perfect. Thank you - I’ll definitely be back.
