I definitely would not recommend “hygienist” AMANDA she was very cold and talked in a very condescending manner towards us. She seems to get frustrated easily if a small child is fearful of the dentist and lacked any warmth or empathy towards my child, even saying “what is wrong with you” I don’t feel that she is in the correct field. It was completely unacceptable behavior.
The front desk staff, specifically Heidi is rude and unprofessional. I asked one question about insurance that was met with a snide answer, eye rolling and loud sigh. Absolutely uncalled for. The office manager did apologize, as did the wonderful dentist and assistant Dr. Kat and Shana. We’ve been coming to this location for 8 years and Ridgefield before that. The dentists, ortho and hygienist have been excellent. This particular visit has left me not wanting to return due to Heidi’s abysmal attitude.
Great environment and took great care of my 2 year old everyone was super friendly and hygienist are thorough and front desk was very helpful and sweet!
Doctores e higienistas excelentes pero las oficinistas un desastre completo cuando uno habla ni les pone atención ni le deja hablar y al fin que ella tuvo la razón y ella pone la cita cuando ellos quieren les pedí ayuda para enviar un fax 📠 y resulta que ellas no hacen eso como si siempre lo hacían tuve que ir en persona y explicar y dibujar para que me entiendan pero ni así
