Great environment and took great care of my 2 year old everyone was super friendly and hygienist are thorough and front desk was very helpful and sweet!
Doctores e higienistas excelentes pero las oficinistas un desastre completo cuando uno habla ni les pone atención ni le deja hablar y al fin que ella tuvo la razón y ella pone la cita cuando ellos quieren les pedí ayuda para enviar un fax 📠 y resulta que ellas no hacen eso como si siempre lo hacían tuve que ir en persona y explicar y dibujar para que me entiendan pero ni así
I was there yesterday with my daughters for a routine appointment and when I went to check out the person who attended to me was in some way very rude and unprofessional when she laughed at me in a sarcastic manner for not complete out the form that they give you. Even my 7 year old daughter told me, "Dad, she behaved rudely to you." I hope that in the future they will be more empathetic and professional with their patients.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I see that’s it’s common to have terrible experience over the phone. They call me the day of about an insurance question on a Saturday and tell me I have to pay $200 out of pocket because they can’t verify insurance. They hang up on me and then the manager Meagan calls me and is just as rude. It’s surprising that they run their business this way, especially a kids dentist office.
