I am extremely disappointed with my families experience at this office. My mother called to schedule a cleaning and X-rays and was quoted $395 for the services. However, after the appointment, she was charged $615 which is a significant difference from what was originally communicated. When a patient calls and is given a quote, that number should be honored unless additional services are clearly explained and approved beforehand. There appear to be no problems with the actual dental work. There have been problems with communication. Because I am usually in Chicago, and my father is in FL, I don't always know if the service was performed. I have not received timely calls and I have not received receipts. In some cases the person who calls doesn't know what services were performed on my father. Overall I think the service is good, but there are issues.

Excellent service from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the dentist was gentle and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is clean, modern, and very professional.
