Do NOT use this service! I rarely ever leave negative feedback but this is out of control. The Tooth Fairy seems like a miraculous solution for elderly homebound patients at first. They give you a price. They do a little work at a time then find new things to charge for that are not explained. Then they refuse to return calls to explain them. My mother has been calling multiple times a day for weeks and cannot get anyone to respond to her billing questions. They are trying to charge my grandmother for an UPPER bridge (which ... read more

Dr. Angelakis, her team and office staff made the process of getting extractions and new dentures for a family member in assisted living facility an easy, efficient and favorable experience. She was always present at the appointment as scheduled and in a timely manner. The process took a little more time than anticipated but we are satisfied with the end result. Dr. Angelakis was very pleasant and professional and answered all questions we had with patience and compassion. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

My mother loves her dentist. The problem is they are overcharging and are not explaining the charges. There is no reason for no communication. I've called and emailed and finally after calling 4 times in a row I got my itemized invoice. This is a great concept but terrible execution. I wouldn't recommend this company at this time.

Consistent, convenient and comfortable. That’s how I’d sum up my experience with this business. Their commitment to making it right and making things easy shines through. I would recommend their care for anything of your loved ones.

Wish I would've read the reviews before allowing this place to begin work on my grandfather. Soooo many issues! They NEVER show up on time. They've showed up at 7:30pm when they were supposed to arrive early afternoon. They blame my 91 year old grandfather for breaking his dentures even though he's on a bland food diet. They're rude & inconsiderate. I could go on & on, it's just been a huge headache every step of the way.
