Dentist Grace and her team are wonderful, from the moment you walk in the door you feel at ease with a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist, Grace exsplaned everything she would be doing then went through the care plan with me explaining what needed doing and why .

If something goes wrong, don’t expect your concerns to be taken seriously. During a hygiene appointment, the hygienist attempted to pass a floss threader through my bonded retainer, despite there being no gap to do so. My retainer snapped while it was being handled. When I raised my concerns and asked for it to be repaired, I felt they were dismissed rather than properly investigated.
