Came in for 7 fillings. Both Dentist and Assistant did very well. Communication with what was happening was excellent. The local anaesthetic was applied in 3 different places and didn't need reapplication. All the drilling was painless. Of course all the staff were friendly and down to earth. I hope to continue coming back for all my dental work and check-ups. Thank you to all the staff. :)
Saw Dr. Netty Gunewardena, she is beyond lovely, non-judgemental & so respectful. Have severe anxiety regarding dentists and she was so considerate about it. Absolutely would recommend her.
The receptionist was really rude when I asked for a copy of the original quote and didn't understand what I was asking and got offended and became rude to me. All I wanted was a copy of the original quote and I was told it is impossible to get a copy of the quote. Take a photo of your quote or get it emailed so there's no problems. Even the dentist said this is more expensive than she thought it would be. I'm literally going to have to go to consumer affairs pr whatever to get this sorted out. I'll never recommend this place... read more
