The bus we took was dirty. The audio is basic, not so interesting and not so aligned to where we were. It wasn’t easy to see the map of the stops.
It did the job of getting us around London on wheels, but it certainly didn’t make it easy. The fact that you have to follow a cartoon map to figure out the route is preposterous. It’s 2026 - you’d think there would be an app that would enable you to track the route. Also, in between the pre-recorded guided narration of the sites was simply awful music. Soo expensive, £72.50 for an adult and child. Headphones for the pre recorded commentary didn’t work. Queues for the river cruise which was meant to be included were so long we just didn’t bother. A scramble to get decent seats. No air con on the bus. It is a way to see around London, but certainly not cheap
