Smooth experience, no issues with the buying process. Tony worked with me the whole time to make sure all went well and accommodated me with anything I needed help with. Shipping was easy and hassle free. Once I got the title I had no issues registering in my state (VA). Overall, my experience was good and I'd recommend them if you're looking into getting a mini truck.
This was my first time buying a vehicle completely online, and Tony made it a great experience ! Tony has exceptional customer service, and extensive knowledge of the product he is selling. So if anyone ever asks me if I’m happy about buying my truck from Tony Reaves II of Toota Auto Group, this should give you my answer. Tony heard about my sudden engine smoking problem, found a local mechanic willing to work on the engine, showed up at my house with a trailer and brought my truck to the mechanic so I didn’t have to possibly injur the motor any more than may already be. All in the pouring rain. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE A FULL YEAR AFTER PURCHASE!
Very easy to deal with and great guy. Highly recommend.
