This is the neatest boutique you'll ever find! Sooooo many cute things it'll be hard to choose. Lisa, the owner, is a doll and will help outfit you from head to toe. If you haven't been there, you really need to go! You won't be disappointed, I guarantee. 👍
I was introduced to Toot Toot's when it first opened. I live close to Galveston but when I come to visit family I try to stop to shop. Just told Ms Lisa wished one down close to me.😊

My mother and I drive over 63 miles to get to this shop. We make it a girls day out!! We enjoy it each time! And we always leave with lovely items at affordable rates! They are just a down to earth honest family store and I enjoy shopping there for all my special event clothing and casual wear!!!
