Cute place, tasty treats Toot Sweets is a cute little bakery that's definitely worth a try if you're in the North Berkeley area. It's a little hard to find, so I'd use Mapquest before going. It's located in a little shopping area that has some other surprising little gems that I didn't discover until I had lived in the area for a year or so. The sticky buns are the best thing I tried there, but I never had anything I didn't enjoy (including cookies -- maybe the other reviewer somehow got a stale one or something).
Catchy name and good desserts We had one of the best Boston Cream Pies from Toot Sweets. You will also find the have very good sticky buns and a fine assortment of other sweets. My husband loves this place and turned me onto it about ten years ago. We have been coming here ever since. My only disappointment in that time was the oatmeal cookies. Their oatmeal cookie was hard and tasteless. Truly a disappointment, especially when one looks forward to a tasty cookies. Other than that, this place is worth coming to.
Yummy – This place rocks...great sweets and treats for both young and old alike.
